Internship Program
Full Time | Al-Maqreezy, Masr El-Gedida
We’re looking for motivated students and fresh graduates to join our 3-month, in-office Internship Program in Cairo. The program is open to several tracks, and you apply for the one that fits you best: Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Reels Creation, Account Management, or Sales.
Whatever your track, this internship gives you real, hands-on experience inside a fast-paced creative agency, working in both Arabic and English.
This is an in-office internship where you’ll work directly with our team, learn our workflow, and create content for real brands across different industries.
Responsibilities
Content Creation / Copywriting: write short-form and long-form content for social media, scripts, websites, and campaigns in Arabic and English.
Graphic Design: design static and motion-ready visuals for social media, ads, and websites within brand guidelines.
Video Editing / Reels Creation: edit raw footage into engaging reels, ads, and short-form videos with sound, pacing, and platform-specific formats.
Account Management: support account managers in client communication, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups on active projects.
Sales: research potential clients, support outreach, and learn how agency services are presented and sold.
All tracks: brainstorm with the team, support day-to-day tasks, and contribute to real client projects.
Qualifications
Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Passion for your chosen track, whether it’s content, design, video, client management, or sales, and for advertising in general.
Good understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging.
Ability to work from our office full-time (5 days/week).
Attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Previous experience (even freelance or university projects) is a plus — but not required.

Internship Details
Duration: 3 months
Type: Unpaid internship with a transportation & daily expenses allowance (not a monthly salary) — بدل مواصلات ومصاريف يومية، مش راتب شهري
Extras: Performance-based bonuses may be offered for outstanding work
